I wouldn't call it a fetish but I can "oops" with the best of them.

Secondy fifty 3/4"x3' rubberbands have a nice tug to them. (was wondering what to do with those)

A friend of mine always had elastic bands on his bedside table, a few times I had seen some on his coffee table too, I asked why he always had elastic band around, god, I wish I hadn't, he told me he used then as cock rings. He must have been watching TV having a tug the evening before when I'd seen them on his coffee table.

I wouldn't call it a fetish...but they were good to use on the odd person here and there as target practice. I got it down to a fine art with a bit of strategic placing around the fingers of one hand to promote maximum velocity upon release with the index finger used as a sight for accuracy.
Seems i had some spare time on my hands @ some stage where i perfected it
