How do I make new friends on Person.com?
One of the most popular pages on the site is the 'Search Users' section ('Search' - 'profiles' in the top menu bar). Here you can find new buddies and meet hot singles. Learn more about the 'Users Search' here.
In order to view a user's profile, click on his or her nickname. If you are interested in the user's profile and photos and you'd like to meet this person in real life, you can write to them by clicking the 'Send a Message' link located in the top left section in the user's profile.
The Instant Messaging System (IMS) is the core and the fastest communication tool on the website. Click the 'Open Messenger' link located top on every Person.com page to start the Messenger. Learn more about the IMS here.
You can also search the users database by interests.

I cannot log in to the website. What should I do?
First, make sure you enter the correct username and password for your account.
If you feel you entered the correct username and password, but still cannot login (it looks like refreshing the same page, the login form remains empty), then your Internet browser's security level is set way too high.
Decrease its security level.

How can I make my profile more attractive to other users?
If your profile is empty, not many people would like to meet you, or even simply answer your messages.
Therefore, use the Photo Manager right away to upload some of your photos to your profile.
Then, fill your profile with some details about yourself, and then select your core interests.
It will be enough to start meeting people (the process is described below).

Can I edit my profile information or upload photos to it?
If you are a registered user, you can view or change your profile information at any time. First, log in, meaning you need to enter your username and password in the form located in the top right corner.
Then go to the 'My Stuff' dropdown menu and select the 'edit my profile' item. Also you may follow this link to edit your profile and add more information about yourself.
You will also find the My photos item in the 'My Stuff' menu. The Photo Manager lets you manage your photos and check the statistics on your photos competing in the 'Hot or Not' game.

To change the e-mail address associated with your account go to the 'My Stuff' dropdown menu, select the 'my settings' item. Select the E-mail tab and follow the further instructions.

Use the 'Test Delivery Methods' described in the 'My settings' section to test your e-mail address.
If you do not receive test e-mails on the address given in the My Settings and you are sure you have the right address then probably the problem is with your e-mail provider. Some e-mail providers consider e-mail from our website to be junk and reject them. Make sure you have allowed our email to be sent to you in your settings.
If this is your case, we recommend that you change the e-mail address associated with your account.
You may also check your e-mail program’s spam folder.
