In order to view a user's profile click on his or her nickname. If you are interested in the user's profile and photos and you'd like to meet with this person you can write to him or her by clicking on the "Send a Message" link which is located in every profile.
Instant Messaging System (IMS) is the core and the fastest communication tool on the website.

In addition to "search users" section you can search users database by the interests, or personal blogs.

If you enter the correct username and password, but cannot login (it looks like a return to the same page with the empty login form), then your Internet browser's security level is set way too high.
You need to decrease the security level. If you use Internet Explorer, you need to double-click on the small globe in the bottom right corner of the page to do so.
You can set the security level in another way. In Internet Explorer click "Tools" on the menu bar, then "Internet Options", and then click on "Security". Your security level should be on "medium" or "medium-low".
If it does not help, check the Date and Time properties.
If you are still unsuccessful to login to the website, we recommend switching from Internet Explorer to an alternative web browser. Based on our experience, Mozilla FireFox works really well.

| How do I make my profile attractive to other users? | After you've registered, the first thing you need to do is to make your profile appealing for other users. If your profile is empty, not many people would want to meet you, or even simply answer your messages to them. The website's users are spoiled and they are used to interesting and detailed profiles.
Therefore, use Photo Manager right away and upload your photos (as many as possible) to your profile.

| How do I change my profile and add photos to it? | If you a registered user, you can view or change your profile information any time. To do so you need to log in, meaning you need to enter your username and password in the form located in the upper left corner.
When you are logged in, in the upper left corner you can see the information about your username and the profile link (inside of the "My Info"). By clicking this link you can edit your profile and add more information.
You will also find the My photos link inside of the "My Info". In the Photo manager you can manage your photos and see the statistics for the photos competing in the "Hot or Not" game.
You can add several photos to your profile using photo manager, but only one "active" photo is shown in the small profile information window, in "Play and Flirt" game, in personal blogs, etc. You can choose which one of your photos you would like to be "active" in the photo manager.

| How can I change my e-mail address in my profile? | | To change the e-mail address associated with your account, open "My Info" in the upper main menu. In the drop down menu choose "Misc settings". Click on the Change E-mail page and follow all the instructions.

| I do not receive any letters to my e-mail address from the website. | You can check if you receive or not Person.com messages through "Instant Messaging System" (IMS) or e-mail by clicking "test messages", "test E-mail" in the Misc Settings section .
If you do not receive e-mails on the address given in the Misc Settings and you are sure you have the right address, then the problem is in your e-mail provider. Some e-mail providers consider e-mails from our website to be junk mail and reject them.
If that is the case, we recommend you to provide another e-mail address in the Misc Settings.
