Contact us to ask a forgiveness and promise never do this again. It`s very important for you to realize your mistake and to have a wish to improve your behaviour.

| Error # 9 | Forgot your password?
Use password reminder to order login information to your email box.
If you entered wrong login don`t be surprised if login info reminder will be sent to the unknown e-mail adress or won`t be sent at all. Every login has his own unique e-mail adress and if you entered a wrong login the reminder will be sent to the e-mail which corresponds to the entered login if such a login exists.
Don`t confuse LOGIN and Nickname!
If you forgot both login and e-mail, we won`t be able to help you. You`ll have to create new profile. You need to be careful when registering.
We never send passwords to anyone because of security reasons. If your mailbox was changed (broke/cracked) - we won`t be able to help you because there`s no way to identify you.

1. You have entered a wrong login. Maybe you forgot your registration data, mistyped the letters in your login, occasionally pressed Caps Lock or forgot to switch the right language. In the case you forgot some login data

What you should do to turn them on:
In the Netscape Navigator:
Start the browser. In the upper menu: Tools - Options. You`ll see a separate window. Choose "Advanced" bookmark, find "cookies" field, set "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server" and press ok.
In the Internet Explorer:
On your desktop press My computer - Control Panel. Click "Internet options" icon. Settings window will pop up. Choose "Privacy bookmark" and set "Medium High" level with the slider. Press Ok.
In the FireFox:
Start the browser. In the upper menu: Tools - Options. You`ll see a separate window. Choose "Privacy" bookmark, then find Cookies field and set "Allow sites to set cookies" in the checkbox. Press Ok.
