 What are credits? | | Credits are virtual currency of person.com and 1 credit equals 1 cent. Credits allow users to purchase and use different cool services.

| How many credits do I have? How do I check the transactions history? | | You can see the amount of credits you have in the top left corner of every page on the site. Clicking on the number will bring your wallet page where you can see the transactions history.

| What's the cost of 1 credit? | | Each person.com credit is equivalent to 1US cent. You can buy 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 or 5000 credits. We will not change the price of credits, but we can change the prices of paid services. In this case our users will be informed two weeks before the change.

| What premium features do users get when they buy credits? | Person.com provides any user who bought credits with the following premium features:
- Priority support. Fast answers to all your technical or general questions concerning the use of Person.com.
- Special icon which will distinguish you from other users. You can turn it off anytime.
- No Advertisement.
- Express delivery of your messages. Your messages go straight to the receiver's "Current Sessions" list, avoiding "chat requests" list.
- Possibility to view unlimited number of webcams simultaneously.
- Ability to view potentially unsafe webcams and video. You can view webcams and video that were marked by our system or our users as unsafe.
- Anonymous viewing of webcams. You can disable broadcasters ability to see that you are watching them.
These premium features are valid for the next 30 days after the last purchase of credits.

| Can my account be banned if I still have purchased credits? | | Yes, your account can be banned. The fact that you've bought credits doesn't mean that you can break the rules you've accepted upon registration. But we very rarely ban accounts, we only ban accounts for very serious violations which you can find in the Site Guidelines

| Do credits expire? | | No, credits don't expire. They can stay forever in your account until you spend them even if you don't visit the site for a long time.

| Can you deduct my credits without permission? | | We never deduct credits without permission. Credits can be deducted only when you buy one of the paid services. If you use paid service, credits will be deducted only after pressing a purchase button.

| Do I pay a transaction fee each time I use my credits? | | There is no transaction fee! All operations with credits on person.com are absolutly free.

| How can I see the amount of credits other users have? | | No, it's impossible. It's personal information, so we can't let it out.
